The login page provides access to the BH platform. Each user must have the following which will be provided by the Facility Administrator or BH Provider:

1. Username

2. Password

● Locate the BH application icon on your desktop. Or obtain the url or web address from your Facility Administrator or directly from BH Provider

● If you locate the BH icon on your desktop, click it to load the BP page

● If you obtained the url or web address type at the address bar to load the BH page

● Click the sliding screen on the page to load the Login popup

● Type your Username into the username field

● Type your Password in the password field

If you are login for the very first time, that is an initial login to the BH platform, the system will ask to "Accept the Terms"

The screen shown below appears. Read and either accept or deny

● If you locate the BH icon on your desktop, click it to load the BP page

● Click Accept

● Click Accept

Note: If you click DENY and SUBMIT, you won’t be able to login again unless you are given access by Facilty Administrator or BH Provider. If you click CANCEL, you can attempt the initial login again

After accepting the TOU, the user will be presented with the Change of Password screen.
