When a Client/Patient visits a facility to access medical services he/she needs to be registered. The registration is a process by which a patient's name and identity are enrolled into the records of the healthcare facility.

Subsquently any time the Client/Patient visits the facility the Patient needs to be selected from a list in order to access the patient's electronic folder.

There are three (3) functions available for selecting/searching for patient/client:

• 2. Flowboard

• 3. Patient List

Note that the search criteria vary for each function.
