Database.

Security.
The security feature of the system is of critical concern and therefore forms part of core modules. It comes with high data security, protection and integrity. All users of the system are assigned user names, and each user can have his/her password, startup command and environment settings. The startup command of a user determines what type of menu a user can call. Users are also assigned access levels, which determine what data entry screens one can access.

Access Control.
Access controls are used to control access by user roles. It can be configured at Administration.
 
Defines access control to the information available in the application. All user groups have separate access rights for modules. Any user associated within a user group can access only those screens for which the user group has rights. It also deals with the System Related Activity like User Monitor, Creating User Group Master, User Master and view the User Group Lookup of employee database, Maintenance of company documents, User defined error message, Generating Daily Statistical Summary. Login name and password to each user of the system. Different authorization levels to perform different functions according to permitted access to the requested information and actions. Password parameters can be set and customized to ensure security of user accounts.
Additional Features.
User-Friendly Menus give users access to data entry screens, reports and processing tools without having to learn any commands. By choosing options from menus, users can perform a variety of other tasks. Unlike most application software available today, which present one general menu for all users, the software creates different menus for different users. In this regard, you can give a data entry person and an account with different sets of options. If you are concerned about security, the facility is available for you to restrict access to specific menu selections or to entire menus. In this regard, a user sees only the functions he is permitted to perform.
System Log.
A system log is available to record all users’ accesses and operations. A report of log transactions can be produced as and when required. User passwords are automatically encrypted during creation. When a user is logging into the system, a password is requested after a valid username entry had been made.
Backup/Restore.
The purpose of backup is to create a copy of data that can be recovered in the event of a primary data failure. Primary data failures can be the result of software failure, hardware failure or data corruption. It can also be a human-caused event, such as a malicious attack (virus or malware), or accidental deletion of data. HealthAdm backup feature allows you to back up the organization's database and restore from the backup created earlier.

There is a wide array of reports you can generate which may be useful for your practice. The application processes the inserted data, and helps you pull off all desired stats without using a third-party app. Most general reporting tools can be found by selecting 'Reports' from the navigation menu at left. In the Tree View scheme, the list of available reports is divided into a hierarchical list within the navigation menu.
